I have an insatiable case of wanderlust, and a husband who (almost) always agrees to my half-baked, poorly planned travel schemes, and I love that about him. He embraces my crazy, and encourages me to follow my dreams.
I am passionate about the outdoors, and about preserving as much of it as we can for our future generations. There is wildness in each of us, and without those wild places, we will never be able to truly appreciate it.
I’m a Navy veteran, and I’m currently attending UW – Stevens Point where I’m majoring in Ecosystem Restoration. My dream job would be to combine my love of photography and the outdoors and work as a travel or wildlife photographer for a publication like National Geographic.
My dad bought me my first camera as a Christmas present when I was 12. When I graduated Navy boot camp, my dad upgraded my film camera to a digital one. And when I found myself stationed in Hawaii, I decided to purchase a DSLR and figure out what all those buttons do, because I wanted to have beautiful pictures to remember all the amazing places I got to see, and the wonderful people I got to meet. I’ve captured so many of my own memories and adventures, and now I want to help you capture yours.
Because every moment in life is an adventure worth remembering.
